I am all about the green. I can't eat a meal that doesn't have at least 50% of my plate full of leafy greens. I drink my greens in smoothies, start my morning with moringa powder (yes even before my coffee), mix greens into my omelettes, and eat at least two salads a day. I even grow my own sprouts.
